We want you to love your Softrill. If it's not right for you, here's how our returns work — simple and stress-free.

1. Our 100-Night Sleep Trial

   Sleep on your Softrill for up to 100 nights. If it's not the comfiest duvet you've ever owned, let us know and we'll make it right with a full refund.

2. How to start a return

   Email support@softrill.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with the next steps.

3. When will I get my refund?

   Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

4. Your statutory rights

   Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
