Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order — no minimum spend.

How long will it take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 6–8 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I be able to track it?

Yes. As soon as your Softrill is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally delivery can take a little longer during busy periods. If it's been longer than expected, email support@softrill.com with your order number and we'll sort it for you within 24 hours.
